Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your product arrives defective or differs from what we describe, you may return it and exchange it for another product of similar or greater value within 7 days of its delivery.

To make a return, please contact us on our contact page within 7 days of the product's delivery to submit your request together with proof of purchase (a copy of the official receipt) for the product being returned and a member of our staff will contact you after that to provide assistance and further instructions. Instruments must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging.

Please note that you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return, including any import/customs charges or recall fees, should you wish to return the parcel before it is delivered. It is important that you contact us to discuss your options before arranging any return so we can send you the relevant return information.

Do note that a restocking fee of 5% of the product's purchase price will apply to all returns.
