What is Sell or Trade?

Sell or Trade is our trade-in program. It lets you exchange your pre-loved guitar for:

Contact our team through this form.
Let us know about the guitar you want to trade in or sell.
If it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to drop it off at one of our partner stores.
Once it’s inspected and approved, you’ll receive:
A discount equal to the trade-in value, or
A bank transfer equal to the sale value.

Your guitar’s journey continues — our in-house experts will prep it for resale and list it on our store so it finds a new home.

Once we’ve received and assessed your instrument, your discount or payment is typically processed within 1–2 working days.

To qualify, your instrument must have a final valuation of at least US$1,000.

We may turn down gear that doesn’t meet our quality standards or inventory needs.

Note:
We cannot accept instruments made with Brazilian rosewood, due to CITES restrictions.
